Housekeeping

To train students on how to maintain cleanliness, aesthetic upkeep of rooms, public area, back area and surroundings.

Food and Beverage Service

To train students the process of selling, preparing, presenting, and serving food and beverages to the customers.

Front Office

To train students how to handle the various front office functions like reservation, reception, registration, room assignment and bills settlement of a resident guest effectively.

Culinary Arts (Pastry, Cake Making and Hot Kitchen)

To train students on the art of preparing, cooking, presenting and serving food.
